Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Freqyn is a digital service — there is nothing to ship. This page explains how service delivery, subscription cancellation, and refunds work.
1. Service delivery
- Access to paid features is granted instantly and automatically once your payment is confirmed by Razorpay — no physical shipping is involved.
- If your payment succeeds but your plan is not activated within 1 hour, contact us and we will activate it or refund you in full.
2. Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel your Pro or Pro Annual subscription anytime from your account page — no calls, no emails required.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- No further charges are made after cancellation.
3. Refunds
You are eligible for a refund in these cases:
- Duplicate or erroneous charge — charged twice for the same period, or charged after cancelling: full refund of the erroneous amount.
- Service not delivered — payment succeeded but the plan was never activated and we could not fix it: full refund.
- First-time purchase, within 7 days — if you bought Pro for the first time and the Service does not work for you, write to us within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you, provided you have used less than 10 minutes of transcription in that period.
Except for the cases above, payments for partially used billing periods are not refunded — cancellation with access until period end applies instead.
4. Refund timelines
- Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval.
- The amount is credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Free tier
The free plan (100 seconds of transcription) involves no payment, so no cancellation or refund applies — you can simply stop using it, or delete your account anytime.
6. How to request a refund
Email iamhassanahmad638@gmail.com from your registered email with the payment reference (Razorpay payment ID or the email receipt). We respond within 48 hours.
